Bill has over twenty years of diverse experience in commercial real estate leasing, sales and asset management. This experience includes site selection, lease negotiation and property sales for a major public utility, apartment community repositioning and renovation for an affiliate of Marcus and Millichap, and asset management of pension fund owned properties for a public REIT. Additional commercial mortgage experience includes underwriting for Comerica Bank and loan restructuring for a life insurance company. Bill has extensive commercial property valuation and financial analysis experience.
Bill started his career with Marriott Hotels and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Hospitality Business and MBA in Finance from Michigan State University. Bill lives in Traverse City with his wife and two children.
